A Boy and His Chicks

It all started with a couple of chicks from the local Tractor Supply Store.  That was back when we lived in the city and had neighbors who thought the rooster was cool.  With a lot more space and outside the city, the chicken complex has grown larger than the garden and the boy is working on building a chicken empire.  This is his first year working on learning standards and breeding Ayam Cemani, Black Swedish Hen, Deleware, Ameracauna, and Lavendar Orpintons.
